The brushed cotton sateen feels noticeably smoother than my old sheets, and that subtle sheen makes the bed look properly made without trying too hard. Washes beautifully too, came out crisp with no wrinkles to speak of.
The sheen on this fabric is just enough to catch the light without looking flashy, and it feels wonderfully crisp against the skin. My bed actually looks pulled together now, like something out of a catalog, and the cotton sateen gets softer with each wash.
